1. Nature of Digital Services

Due to the intangible and instantaneous nature of the digital services provided (SEO Audits, TikTok Ads Campaigns, Agency Access), once the service has been initiated or delivered, no full refund can be issued.

2. Cancellation Conditions

You may request a cancellation of an order and a full refund only if the work has not yet started. This request must be made within 12 hours of purchase.

3. Delivery Delays

A refund may be considered if the service is not delivered within 14 business days after the receipt of all necessary information from the client.
